I'm back and as you can see my habits have not changed. I am 2 months shy of that 30th birthday and I want to approach it in excitement. How can I be excited when I am unable to stick to something so much as a diet plan? :-/
I NEED to revamp myself... Again!
What I must realize is that I can not do this alone... I'm going to need help,most definitely. I need to apply the lessons that I've learned! With all my failures and successes I am a wealth og knowledge!

Lose! 3-5 pounds a week!
Gain! Self-control over food, self esteem
How! Begin with atkins induction phase for one month!
Work!Using my favorite work out- Turbofire by Chalene Johnson
Be! Accountable for my actions
Blog! Daily! You are now apart of my life! What I eat what I do and how i do it!
Feel! Afraid of a repeat failure and positive of my pending success.
Share! Tell others! Show others! Be an example, you're journey may help and motivate someone else!
Lastly, Get it done! Once and for ALL!!
