
Day !2

Hello There! It is not yet Friday but the difference in my body has compelled me to post a little earlier!
Today is day 12 of my diet and work out plan, I got on the scale and I am now 182!!!
Wonderful from my 195 counter-part. I am ready to put this struggle behind me!
What have I been doing to lose the weight and prepare to keep it off this time?
First, I change my diet DRAMATICALLY!!!
I have not eaten anything white!
~No white bread, no white pasta, no white rice, processed carbs- Bye-Bye!!!
~I eat four veggies a day(salad, green beans,peas, lettuce, tomatoe, onions, no starchy veggies)I eat often so my body never feels deprived and I do not crave!
~I drink 8 cups of water, JUST DRINK IT!
~I drink shakeology from beach body once a day!
This will give you over 200 nutrients keep you full and full of energy=also it will keep you regular.
~I work out almost everyday! Diet is important but if you do not keep your body active it may be in vein!
~I have been going to the gym four times a week,weight training for my back, arms, abs and thighs(inner and outer)
~Eliptical machine and treadmill for cardio
It's my life, my health and my body, my body is my temple,
I've promised to worship it!
What do I have to lose? Time? It's going by anyway.
